Our live tutoring services are one of a kind. Sessions are conducted over Zoom using a virtual whiteboard, allowing our tutors to walk you through lessons and practice problems in a clear, engaging way. With the ability to use colors and other visual tools, our tutoring style goes far beyond what’s possible in a traditional setting.

How do I choose a tutor?

All of our tutors are fully interchangeable. That’s because every Orango tutor completes the same rigorous training program, ensuring consistency in how each topic, concept, and lesson is taught.

That said, we recommend sticking with one tutor throughout the school year for the best results. Building continuity allows your tutor to track your progress more closely, especially in advanced classes.

Still, our system is designed for your convenience! Feel free to book with any available tutor at any time!

How often should I set up meetings with my tutor?

We recommend one 1-hour session per week. In the advanced subjects we tutor, concepts build on one another and need to be taught in a particular order and style. Our tutoring method is designed to make difficult topics feel simple—especially on quizzes and exams. The key to that success is consistency. Just select “repeat appointment” when booking to make weekly sessions easy.

Of course, you’re welcome to book sessions as needed. Whether you need help every week or just once in a while, we’re here to support you on your terms.

Submit your question, big or small, and one of our expert tutors will send back a clear, worked-out solution with a full explanation. You can type your question, and upload images or screenshots to ensure accurate communication.

Who should I submit my question to?

It’s up to you!

If you need a quick response, choose “First Available”. Your question will be sent to all of our tutors, and the first one available will respond.

If you already work with a specific tutor and want them to answer, simply select their name from the dropdown menu.
